I had a great night's sleep in the twin/double room with the bathrooms at this hotel.

The staff was friendly at all levels.

Stayed here for 7 nights and enjoyed my choice. All the staff was affable, tackled my issues. The double room on the main level had all necessary amenities. The room had a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

I received a complimentary upgrade to a spacious single room on the main level, which was a nice touch. the staff were friendly and really helpful, providing useful information throughout my stay. 😊.

The location was magnificent as for me, just next door to San Miguel de Allende, the main square, and restaurant. It also was in the middle of jackson.

The hotel suited our needs, I enjoyed its excellent location and great staff. Location: the property was short walk to San Miguel de Allende, restaurant, and the main square. Had brunch in the Luna Tapas Bar, located nearby. We stayed here for 2 days and will be back...

The hotel is situated in a convenient location close to the center of town, making it easy to explore local sights and attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and a nice shower. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is a great touch.

The internet is not very strong and the fan provided has a timer with a one-hour limit, which can be inconvenient during hot weather.

The hotel's location was prime, directly across from a beautiful park and offering lovely views of the city. the service and food at the restaurant were top, notch and budget, friendly. the hotel's attention to detail in all of its charming sitting areas and greenery was a delightful touch.

Some rooms were lacking in amenities such as proper air conditioning and fans, resulting in discomfort during the stay. the aging facilities and uncomfortable beds may be off, putting for some guests.

Unique layout, friendly staff, excellent location, comfortable beds, beautiful and well-kept.
